Be Thankful

August 12, 2018 Speaker : Pastor Gary Mason

  1. Say please and thank you regularly.
  2. Send thank-you cards or texts to those who bless you.
  3. Pray regularly for those in need.  It will cause you to remember there are those who have less than you.
  4. Give in secret.
  5. Give thanks at every meal
  6. Volunteer in your church and community.
  7. Reach out to someone who is struggling.
  8. Keep a prayer journal and record answered prayers.
  9. Keep a family prayer journal and record answered prayers.
  10. Hug your family every day.
  11. Ask each of your family members to name something/someone for which they are thankful.
  12. Start and keep a journal of the things you’re thankful for.
  13. Remember something God has done for you.
  14. Ponder the gift of your salvation.
  15. Keep a list of something you are thankful for each day.
